I had a connecting flight within Poland, I was supposed to board in Poznan but since I was already in Warsaw I went directly to the second stop. They made me pay again for my own seat.

Worst flight experience. My flight got delayed and i missed my connecting flight!!!

Very little time between the two flights and a very long queue for security check in Warsaw (why? We were security checked in Sofia already!), we had to beg to let us in front of the line, but all was ok and baggage arrived too.

Lot is something between lowcost/regular air company, offering basic service, but level was satisfactory and prices are OK. There was very long wait at Warsaw airport - almost a day, but this was perfect because we went to the city to do some business. City is 15-20 min from airport by taxi. The airport is in fact in the suburbs of the city, not located tens of kilometres away. This I liked very much and appreciate the long waiting.

LOT kept the schedule, times were convenient and handling OK. The airport in Warsaw has problems if you do transfers from non-Shengen, because they make you go thru security check again. And if there are passengers from a few planes arriving simultaneously, it may take half and hour or more to go thru security. This is very embarrassing, especially if you have a short transfer of 40 min. LOT airlines are perfectly fine for connections, but I wouldn't recommend the airport in Warsaw so much.
