I had a flight last month with Swiss ,Valencia Zurich Sofia.... security in Zurich is ok ( not so arrogant as they use to be in many other airports ) , my waiting time was 5 hours, too long ... but at the airport are a lot of shops restaurants etc , no so good wi fi connection, there are smoking lounges. Zurich is good for transfer , you can go easily down to the city center by train, taxi, bus , car and have a look at amazing Switzerland :)
Baggage handling is not so good, even your suitcase arrives broken , when you complain , they want form from you from the shop written that your suitcase is unrepairable, then may be you can get a compensation ( its hard to find that kind of shop )
