This is the WORST major airport for connecting between flights. Every aircraft of Qatar Airways is parked at a great distance from the main terminal and the bus takes forever to get you there. Overcrowded conditions on both the bus and in the main terminal particularly at night peak time.
Very badly managed situation by the airport, with numerous aircraft chutes standing idle while the aircraft seems to.be parked at another airfield!
Flight delays consequently and without any explanation by airport authorities.
The airport is an incomprehensible maze of signs and pointless loops. On top of it all the Qatar Airways staff in the airport and in the lounges are most UNHELPFUL and badly trained!
I am intending to cancel my next booking on Qatar, and you should do the same.

Still not allowed to have kids stroller while all flights allowed what kind of restriction is this.

Dear Transit Passengers, please keep in mind that you will not be able to enjoy any facilities while transiting in Hamad International. Our TODAY's experience of 21 hours of transit in Doha airport is a nightmare. They keep us at the Gate where we disembarked. They keep us as animals, we are ok as they checked our temperature on arrival but despite our long transit they don't care. We all have to stay at the same Gate for the duration of our ENTIRE transit!!! Be warned regarding transit conditions as they don't have any information on their official website. We will never fly with Qatar! Never ever again!

Excellent maintained airport , with large choice of shops , internet areas and chairs for relax . There is also option for free Doha tour if your transfer time is more than 7 hours if i remember correctly. As the airport is very big it is good to keep your eyes open for Gate location. With us there was last minute gate change and we needed to rush to reach the new gate as it was quite far away walking.

Excellent transit experience, one of the best airports I have ever been too - good relax zones, fast internet, Qatar Airways staff everywhere to answer questions, cool food court in the middle of the transit hall.
