The reviews represent the viewpoint of different people, based on their objective and subjective criteria. The rating points take the average of all opinions. Statistically, the more opinions there are, the more accurate the average rating is. However, there is no guarantee that you will have the same experience as others should you opt to fly the particular airline. It's entirely up to you to weigh opinions and draw conclusions. 
We have an established procedure for verification including manual checks of each submitted review. Reviews, which appear to be fake, biased or in any other way inconsistent are not published. 
Each contributor is mandatory asked to rank the overall experience of the journey subject to review and this is the only parameter which is considered. The rating of each airline is formed by taking the average overall experience rate based on all published reviews for the particular airline. features airlines which commonly sell tickets for trips with stopovers (connecting flights). Usually, these are national flag carriers, larger legacy airlines and a limited number of low cost airlines. Therefore it is unlikely to see here ratings & reviews of regional, charter, low-cost or any other point-to-point carriers.
